Executive Board for the years 2005-2006

President Kenneth Lawless- Ken has worked in patrol since being employed in 1997.  He served as Guard in 2001-2002 and two terms as Treasurer from 2003 to 2006.

Vice-President Daniel DeOrzio- Dan has worked in patrol since being employed in 1999.  He is also a member of the Emergency Response Team.  Dan previously served as Financial Secretary in 2005-2006.

Recording Secretary Richard Clowser-Rich has worked in patrol since the beginning of his career in 1993 and is a member of the emergency response team.  He attained the rank of Sergeant in 2000.  He also serves as a reservist in the U.S. Army and has been called to active duty twice since the 9-11 attacks.  Rich has previously been elected as Guard.

Treasurer Edward Rambo- Ed has worked in patrol since being employed in 1996.  Ed previously served as a Trustee from 1999 to 2006.

Financial Secretary Gerald DelGrosso- Gerry has worked in patrol since being employed in 1996.  Gerry previously served three consecutive terms as Conductor.

Guard Francis Capperilla- Frank has worked in patrol since being employed in 1996.  He is serving his third consecutive term as Guard.

Conductor Matthew O’Connell- Matt has served in patrol since being employed in 1999.  He is a member of the Emergency Response Team.  This is his first term as Conductor.

Chaplain Michael Palladino-Mike is a retired policeman having served from 1960-1995.  Mike has dedicated much of his time to PAL, in particular the boxing program.  Mike is a 46 year member of the F.O.P. and has served on the executive board in 5 elected positions.

Trustee Joseph Byrnes- Joe is a retired policeman having served from 1969-1995.  Joe has served in numerous executive board positions and is currently a representative of the Boroughs, Towns, and Townships association serving as a Trustee.

Trustee Charles “Sonny” Santangelo- Sonny is a retired policeman having served from 1969-1995.  Sonny has previously served as President, Vice President and Guard.  Congratulations to Sonny on being elected the Pennsylvania State Trustee to the Grand Lodge.

Trustee Frank “Buddy” Lepore- Buddy is a retired policeman having served from 1961 to1988 when he retired as a Sergeant.  He was a three term President, Financial Secretary, Delegate and is a 46 year member of the F.O.P.  He is currently the Chief of the Montgomery County Security.
